Apparently doing Windurst first is bugged too. I also asked about this in NasChat but did not receive a response, other than i should have done Windurst first. -_-

yea nas chat is useless and all the mentor do is nothing. pming nas will not work as well facebook message nope. just have to eat it till a fix happens. I am on week 3 of this shit and not even a response from a mentor or nas about this. awesome!

naschat is not useless. Several people had nas fix issues they came in to get fixed just today.

You aren't supposed to pm asking for help fixing mission issues on his facebook.

Mentors can't fix mission problems.

How to get help for an issue:
1. Get on naschat.
2. Pm nas ALL THE DETAILS. What you think is wrong, what step you were on that seems to have messed up, what mission/quest it is, and a link to the mission/quest guide you're using. Character names affected.. everything. Don't make him ask questions.
3. DO NOT LEAVE NASCHAT UNTIL YOU ARE FIXED. If you leave, how is nas supposed to respond to you, given that you probably left something out and he needs to ask you something. How is nas suppose dto tell you you've been fixed? You want him to hunt you down, search for you online? No. STAY ONLINE. If you want to get fixed, find a way to not leave naschat.
4. Continue to leave him a PM with all the details EVERY SINGLE DAY until you are fixed.

I guarantee you'll be fixed in 2 or 3 days at most doing this.

What normally happens:
1. someone PMs nas saying "i need help my mission bugged" or even worse, just "hi"
2. nas has no idea what mission, what step, what the character is, NOTHING. 90% of the time it isn't even bugged - they just missed a step.
3. 5-10 minutes later, you leave chat.
4. 50 other people do this daily and suddenly nas's PMs are flooded with people who come in, say they have an issue, and leave. how does he know it's still an issue? how does he know you actually are bugged and it wasn't you messing up?
5. nas has to waste time -trying- to help people who don't need help, and the people who legitimately are bugged don't get the help they need.

He has almost 2000 people who log in -every day- to look after now. This is not an enterprise level customer service deal. It's one guy. You bet your butt he's getting pounded by PMs all day from people both with and without real issues. You need to show that you have a real issue if you want to get helped.

Yes Nas chat is mostly useless. Has any of the people bugged on 2-3 got help yet I have not.
In 4 weeks not a single response Some people like nas also do not have time to sit in a chat log all day. Why have a Game Support forum if u will not take the time to read or respond to it.

Work and RL I only have limited play time 3hours max mon-fri most of that half afk making dinner getting ready for work for next day.

as I said in above post we all lives and can't sit all day in a chat log.
I work outside I am gone most of the day.

I could just leave it open while afk.
