This is an issue with the new Windows 10 update. If you roll back your update, it should fix it. I didn't know what else this bug could effect, so I didn't bother keeping the update to try and troubleshoot it fully. They'll probably release a patched version of the update in a month or so, I'll just update then.

you use a GAME account to log in. you cant reset game account passwords. register a game acount (click acount at the top, then sign up). im not on a desktop or i'd link you direction to the game account registration.

you will use your forum account to register your game account.
