He didn't do anything shitty to him. Storm hecked up by not trading directly and is a massive drama queen, as we've seen already.

I would have traded the 40k back, and I have 100k to my name. So yes, he had the option. Whether he should have chosen that option is up to the spectrum of your moral compass. But dont imply that there was no other feasible option to make this scenario happen any differently, even if he is a drama queen. (which I dont disagree with)

Again, this entire scenario is Storm's fault. If he wasn't so damn lazy and moved his characters next to each other to trade, it wouldn't have happened. Some people put items up on the AH for abysmal prices. There was always the chance he'd buy the wrong person's item.

Would I have traded the gil back? Probably. But OP had no obligation to do so and a reasonable person would've realized they hecked up.

Following someone else around for multiple hours, literally almost half a day, and trying their best to MPK them is rather extreme. Someone needs a timeout.

I don't think you need to trade it back.
