Anyone keeping any PH and not killing them is a hecking dick and needs to be gone. Im not even affected by this, but if this kind of player doesnt bother you, you probably shouldnt be here either.

Even if this was 100% legal, which i highly doubt, doing it still makes you a terrible person. this is not debatable.

Aik, that's for NMs only to alter spawn times, like if you wanted to keep Fafnir in a certain time slot.

For normal mobs, you shouldn't hold them at all. But this is mostly taken care of with the new claim system - since you can only claim 1 mob per character at a time.
