I am not entirely sure how it works.
as far as I know guild merchant will buy any items that is listed. but somehow the items are always grayed out. when I use sell from list the items I want to sell become white but I can't actually sell it. I click and everything goes normally except the item isn't removed and the gil dose not go to my pocket.

Hi. I just started. I have reached level 11 RDM in Windurst.

I noticed the hair color I selected isn't exactly what I was expecting, so considering restarting with the correct choice.
I'm curious... if I delete my character, will I be able to reuse the name? Like will I be able to name the new character (with correct hair color) the same name as the current character?

I am a level 14 MNK, with a friend level 25 RDM/12 WHM, and we cannot level sync. It says that I am below level 10...

Solutions?

The max level sync gap is 10 levels.

This means you can't sync from 25 to 14. Could from 15 to 15 or 24 to 14 though.

Solution is to get some levels without your friend, and then play together.

I download the game and when the black box popped up I put my login and password in and it went to the website with my login and password and it was flashing. I hit enter and nothing happened? How do I bring up the game? I can’t find any info on this issue. I have windows 10 and a new laptop. Supper sad as I wanted to play.

If you login with FORUM account instead of game account when you log into the game, the website pops up so that you can log in there and MAKE a game account.

Hi! Again...

Trying to create a second character. Running into issues. Is there a step by step to create the second character?

Here's what my understanding is.
Step 1: Login to forum account.
Step 2: Create game account under "Alt" using the Player Portal page. https://na.nasomi.com/account/index.php?a=login
Step 3: ??? Login with "main" game account and go to create new character in the client? <- If not, how do I create new login for "Alt" game account?
