Just downloaded, installed and started the game, got stuck on the message "Checking Name and Gold World Pass"... ?Qué?

Hello,
I took a break for a few weeks and after trying to log in I kept getting the double key when trying to enter my password on the launcher. I tried editing my launcher with my id and password but it doesn't want to take it. I didn't have a high level character or anything but had a few 2 20+ jobs, SJ and was working on my thf.
I was able create a new id but was wondering how I can go to getting my old character back.

Please help or advise if this is possible.

Is your game account linked to your forum account? go to https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php and log in using your forum details. Then, make sure your game account you're using is bound to it. If it isn't, bind it. If it is, try changing the password.

Update - was able to finally bind it... not sure why it wasn't working last night.

If you logged in using your forum account to the website, then created a game account, then that bound it for you.

Try to find out your old account info, then bind it, then play.

Hello,

I went to do "Save the Children" mission in San d'Oria but when I clicked on the door it took me inside where players were doing a BC. I logged out while they were doing it because they all died and I hoped that when I logged back in I would be kicked out of the BC. However, I logged back in this morning and I am still in the BC, another player was doing a BC and they died and they left and I am still stuck inside the BC. I have no warp or any way to leave. There is nothing to click on to leave, etc.

Please help.

2. Log into https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php
3. Select your stuck character
4. Select Maintenance
5. Select Stuck
6. Click Help Me!

The following page will not load, but the feature to unstuck you will still work.

You can then log in and find yourself at the zone line to Ghelsba Outpost.

Thank you so much! This worked... I saw this before on someone else's post but it didn't make sense and I had to go to work so I didn't have time to investigate.

Error code: FFXI-3117 Failed to cary out user file operations

Please help me after character creation I get this error that i am not able to solve.

I am not sue if this is a related issue but i am also not able to use ashita to launch the game so i have to use the boot file.Thank you.
