If there is a group inside you can often /tell the leader to ask for clear.

Some tips:
Be nice
Don't enter the zone until you are told it is clear/they are ready (so you don't waste gil)
You only need to be in the alliance when the boss dies so you really don't even have to move from the entrance.

It sucks you can't search the zone unless you been in there but maybe try waiting outside the dynamis, those are popular zones and there's usually always a line waiting to get in.
