I have just created a new account for Nasomi and as soon as I try to choose a starting location the gane gives me the 3101 error code. I have tried choosing multiple different names (restarting the client after each attempt), resetting my router, turning off my firewall and restarting my computer. I saw that it can be due to having multiple characters but I haven't even been able to create a new character yet.

Can anybody please lend a hand?

Can you try to use your mobile data as a hotspot and try to use that instead of your regular router? Really weird that even though you did all these things the error still happens.
