I'm having an issue completing Sandy mission 2-3, we did Windurst first then Bastok for the dragon/eye fight. The quest log does not advance past talking to Pius, but Pius tells me to speak with Ghrom in the eatery. After speaking with both Pius and Ghrom and completing the BCNM I do not have the key item and cannot complete the mission. My husband and I did all the steps together and his worked where mine did not.

I'm bugged too, but i went to Bastok first.

I'm also bugged doing Windurst first. Shield Offering doesn't show in my Temp Key Items. After getting Parana Shields and then talking to Uu Zhoumo. does nothing.
