Hey,

I've recently returned after about a year off and noticed my main character has all his jobs exp capped, he has a 75,71,55 etc etc.. they're all now blue capped. I figured a bug so I switched merits on and off then relogged. I've come to notice that for some reason or another my main is slotted as mule and I figure this is why all his XP is capped.
I've had a ticket in support now for roughly 5 days, is there any way to move them without Nas or do I wait for him to get to my ticket?

Yeh this was a big thing about 7-8 months ago, nas didn't have enforcements on for the main/alt/mule rules and when he applied the auto enforcement it jumbled alot of peoples main/alt/mules up, so he gotta correct it manually gl guy ^^

So.......is this the norm? Over a month since ticket has been submitted and still can't exp on my main because he's in mule slot on the website. There a way to delete an account off my website login so I can free up the slot to bind my main there? I also can't resubmit another ticket because the site has been down for a week now. Also there is never any response in Nas chat so I'm stumped on what to do.
