Okay, so i have an alt and mule created on the player portal. I made a nasomi.com login for them. When I go to ashita and chose option 2 to create character it sends me to the nasomi login page. When I try to log in on the new alt or mule it says the user doesn't exist and prompts me to create a login. When I choose option 1 to log in on ashita instead of create character it says invalid username/password. Both the Alt and Mule names are grayed out and not linked to a character name. My only option is to reset password.
Any ideas?
