I just downloaded the game for the first time 3 days ago, I been trying to create a character but I keep getting error code FFXI-3101 Transmission error with lobby server
I get up to where you select starting city then get the error.

I've tried resetting router, tried changing name, I dont have my VPN active, anything else I can try?
