Hey! New player to the server here. I have had several instances where I will randomly be aggroed by goblins that were nowhere around and it's like they have spawned in just to kill me... It is a little frustrating when there are no goblins around and I get aggroed out of nowhere by multiple goblins.

Sometimes a mob will aggro you from another location that you were adjacent to previously. If you were close and the game wasn't reading the map properly and didn't understand that a mob that you couldn't see shouldn't have been aware of you... you will get aggro when you shouldn't. This glitch can strike in counterintuitive places. The upshot is the glitch is predictable and easy to avoid if you understand the server's quirks. When someone stops and says "don't step here" or "you need sneak here" or something along that theme, this is probably the reason.

Also, some mobs will follow you forever and link everything. I'm sure some players have some interesting stories about being ganked without warning.

Oh, and fair warning: it isn't going to be mainly goblins... I think it is most common in the lower promyvions. Good luck!
