Hello,
After looking at a number of help requests, the main issue I am finding is that many that folks are posting very little information and details. This leads to more questions as really the original poster didn't share enough. So to help out with this I'd like to suggest some basic details be posted by folks that need help. This way the folks responding can have a better idea, and they are less likely to ignore you as you are helping to share a more informed account of the problem.
What (I think) are basics to include when posting a problem. wrote:
- Use an appropriate subject line. Bug -- Quest Name; Ashita -- Error Message #; etc.
- Avoid unhelpful information - "It doesn't work." Nor does your explanation of the problem. We may opt to not help you.
- Write clearly & be precise.
- Include the link of the related item/quest/problem
- Take screenshots. Understand that we are not sitting in front of the computer, you are. So we cannot see what you do.
Basic template anyone can use to help outline most problems.
