My main and only character (Lucca) is set as mule. Don't know how.

She is my main.

Update. Switched to white mage, and same thing. Once I get to 1 exp until level. Everything grays out and unable to level.

Check on your website account that the character you using is listed as main/alt and not as Mule - mule status will bind you from level up on the character listed as mule

Turns out my character is set as a mule. This is the only character I have ever had, so I'm not sure why that happened. I have no one set as Main or Alt.

I tried messing around in the options on that page on the website. How do I get my character "Lucca" set back to Main?

I didn't want to poke around too much, cause I was scared I might delete her.

Also sadly, if you highest is 40 BRD... Chances are you could make a new char, get whm to 30 and unlock brd and re-level it before Nas fixes it..

I have a lot of time on this account. A lot of characters above level 20, and 30. Lots of time crafting, and some really good drops like Astral Ring. So there's no way I'm starting all over.

Well you don’t lose tour crafts ( you can still level them as normal even on mule ) and you can move your gear , you will just lose levels on a new character
