I am currently living at a location where my only option for internet is a small public WiFi point at a Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) center on my military base. It generally doesn't affect people who are playing other games on their laptops, but I am unable to get into the game and get a FFXI-3101 error every time after hitting accept. I have a working account, and from my home WiFi my account worked as recently as 2 days ago, but I will not have access to that WiFi for a while. I have tried altering my rules for port on my computer, and and tried identifying specific ports that Nasomi is using, but none of it has worked. I have been having this problem for longer than 24 hours. I do not have more than 1 character on my log-in account. I have confirmed my character is not mistakenly considered logged in. The only thing I can't do is mess with the router (either port forwarding or unplugging and restarting the router, because obviously MWR doesn't want messing with it.) Do I have any other options to make this work?
