I downloaded the game. I signed up last night for the forums. I can't login to create a game account. It tells me my login is invalid, but clearly it's not because I can login here to the forums?

I've tried to do this on my computer, in 3 different browsers, and on my phone, and I always get the error that my login is invalid. What am I doing wrong?
