So I ended up buying a chocobo to head off on my adventure once i got out of the CS I didnt have a bird(which was weird) so I went back into lower jeuno... Once I did I loaded into a spot of the city that has me in Limbo and unable to move. I need HALP! lol

Best thing for you to do is warp yourself either with the spell or a one time use scroll. Always have one on you for these reasons. You can also try to login to your account here on the website and go to maintence and unstick yourself, but since you were having a weird error before you got stuck that might help or not. Worth a try if you have no warp scroll.
