Good Day folks,

Has anyone had any trouble w/ the Windy Quest - Blue Ribbon Blues? Beat the NM in Eld. and obtained the Blue Ribbon but when i attempt to trade to Kerutoto in Windy Waters he just stays asleep and wont wake up....... I've waited for 10-12+ hours with the same results.

Any help would be great... Looking for solo access to the Toraimarai Canal from Windurst.

if he ZZZ's you, check your completed quest log. Mine cleared "and is now complete" Working on fame for the next one since NPC wont talk to me yet. I'll post an update after i do some fame.

Can confirm this quest works, I got my Rhinostery Cert Sunday.

Having trouble with this quest. I have Fame lvl 7 Windy and started the quest as 66 BLM with Rank 5 from Bastok. Followed directions by speaking to Kerutoto 1st and then going to talk to Roberta at Nchaa's Good Goods. Received the Purple Ribbon and then traded it to Kerutoto as per guide. Received the 3,600 gil and zoned out and waited until next game day to talk to Kerutoto again but all he says is that he enjoys collecting strange or mysterious things. It's part of my job to investigate them. He doesn't give me the purple ribbon back. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You don't need this quest for tc access, only the food quest then start the turmoil quest.
