In the ninja quest the cutscene with Ensetsu refuses to save, it just loops every time I speak to him and the ??? doesn't spawn leeches.

Also when I go to do the final NPC chat with Halver for San D'Oria Mission 2-3, he just restarts the mission from the beginning.

Basically I'm hardlocked out of unlocking ninja or getting rank 3-10. I've tried everything in the trouble shooting guide, had fps on default, print screen button, logging off, zoning, anything a google search can tell me to do I've done.

For NIN: Continue to trigger the cutscene over and over again. At one point you will correctly receive credit for finishing the cutscene.

As far as 2-3 goes, you need to be more detailed in what led up to that happening.

In 2-3 I went to give the Kindred Report to Halver to complete the mission. Instead he gives me the Letter to the consuls. So now I have the letter AND the report in my key items.

I've repeated the Ensetsu cutscene over 100 times, it won't stick.

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I can't complete Windurst Mission 3-2 "Written in the Stars". I reached the Gate of Light and triggered the cutscene. It completed and I returned to Heaven's Tower and talked to Zubaba, but it doesn't advance the mission. She tells me to check on the seal instead.

To be safe, I went back to the Gate of Light and it triggered the same cutscene. I then interacted the Gate of Light several more times (at least 5) and always triggered the same cutscene. So it appears that I'm stuck in at this point in the mission. It always says that my charm of light vanishes.

Continue to repeat the cutscene at the gate of light.

Note: this applies to all quests and all cutscenes. Repeat them if possible until it does not play the CS.

Thank you Nabutso. I logged on today and checked the gate of light again. The cutscene triggered one more time and after that I couldn't trigger it. I then was able to advance the mission back in Heaven's Tower.

Took me 9 attempts at the Written In The Stars (Windy 3-2) this morning before the CS would NOT play again plus the failed attempt last night. So, hang in there, anyone who encounters this issue. Give it enough tries and the mission will eventually clear like was said previously.
