Download Hexchat

Once Installed, assuming ya just use this for naschat, all ya need to do now is set ur nickname (Plz use ur nasomi char name) Username can be whatever. *ex: mine is WEEDBOOZIN

Id check the mark @ the bottom that says Show Favorites Only.
Click Add, name it nasomi cuz why not. Once thats done click Favor.
Now select it and click Edit.

In the server tab click add, copy paste this in : irc.partyfm.dk/6667
In the autojoin channels tab, click add a paste this : #nasomi

Once all thats set, close that. and when ya open hexchat now is should auto connect u to nasomi.
