My game crashed as I was zoning out of mog to port yesterday. I'm able to log in completely but then I get stuck on the "Downloading Data" screen. After about a minute I get Error Code: FFXI-3001. I've tried multiple times and it seems the server is up and okay at the moment. The unstuck button says "already used".. any ideas?

give ur in game name?

you are probably stuck in the - - - - zone , maybe you hit the '' change floor button '' while in mog house? anyway i have to p.m Nasomi he recently fixed this problem for people who had the issue . what's your ingame name btw so we can check

I'm also getting stuck at "Downloading Data..." black screen. I see that Bastok Mines is having trouble. That is my home point so I'm guessing that's where I am and why I'm receiving this problem. If I can be moved or something though that would be great. In-game name is orbitxx

Nillen is fixed , orbitxx is fixed .. the issue will resolve by its own probably and if it doesnt try to do a clear session on your account page - manteinance tab - clear session then try to log in

I'm also having this problem on IGN Rayne. I've had to use the 'unstuck' button 4 times as of posting this. As fun as it is trying to log into a character that was in Port Bastok, and having to repeatedly use the 'unstuck' button to even access my character, get teleported to the Dangruf Wadi, use an instant warp scroll to get back to Port Bastok, then have to unstuck yourself again, to then run from Dangruf Wadi to Bastok just to get punted by the event back to Dangruf Wadi, to run back to Bastok, to then get punted to Dangruf Wadi, run all the way back to Bastok, get punted into a space outside the world in North Gustaburg and have no instant warp scroll or any way out, log out, then have to unstuck yourself yet again and run back from the Dangruf Wadi to Bastok again -I'd really like to not have to spend hours doing this to play the game.

I'm really getting frustrated.

Edit 1:
I was finally able to enter Bastok, without crashing, through the Mine entrance.

Edit 2:
Was able to join a party for the event. Got teleported to Wadi yet again by the boss, used an instant warp scroll to get back to Bastok Mines this time. Ended up outside the map in Bastok Mines. I have hope that one day my character will be playable.

Edit 3:
On my character, Alera, i went into Bastok Mines to change my class. Got the 'Downloading Data' black screen again. Then I 'unstuck' Alera and ran to North Gustaberg (Dem side) only to get the black screen of death again.

I have been having problems similar for a few days now on IGN Shoriden

first it d/c'd me when I used warp scroll after a party. I managed to finally get to log back on after many attempts and finally using force quit and unstuck... lost my warp scroll and had to run back. once i got back to mog house and tried to exit it dc'd me again. I managed to get back in after a while of trying without needing to unstuck again, but I have been having issues logging in again since.

Just now it has taken me numerous attempts to even get to character selection, and after which it keeps timing out with code 3113. I shut down the program and try again and it starts the process of not being able to get to character selection. I logged out in giddeus not in a town if that makes a difference. I will say after many attempts it did eventually work... but this was never an issue until a couple days ago.

think you guys realized by now that the server is having issues these days , u just gotta be patient things will fix at some point.
