hi, i'm a brand new user (found about about nasomi today!) and i'm having issues logging in. i cannot open the game at all.
i downloaded the game via torrent, and while installing it i made my forum account and then my game account (main only). when it finished, i set up the config as admin, saved my settings, and opened the nasomixi shortcut as admin. it opens ashita, i click on nasomi 1080p, and try to login. i try both forum and game account log in, neither work, it gives me invalid error. so tried to add my user and password via command, and i get invalid then too. attempted to reset my password, new password didn't work. checked my email, made sure i had activated my forum account, and i didn't get any other emails so i don't think it's that.

any help would be appreciated, thank you.

When you log into the game it should be your game account (your character you setup) and not your forum id\pass. If you are 100% certain that you are typing it correctly then try all lowercase and all uppercase lettering. Otherwise you'll have to contact nasomi directly.

I believe there's a maximum password length. Try changing the password to something 8 characters or less, if that might be the issue.
