I am new to this emu, but play project 1999 so understand the mechanics of online emu somewhat.

I have followed all directions and steps. Ending with Ashita folder being on desktop to allow admin rights and remove read only.
Ashita runs, I was able to register and log in fine, but It doesnt open the game. I think it might be resolution issues but I have tried many types, and custom to my own laptop 1366x768. But nothing seems to open.

during the dos type login screen it goes to hairpin step, then saying Closing in all red.

I run windows 7

Any ideas on what I can do to run this game?
Thanks in advance.

Resolution take a lot of play. I use a HP X2 to play, and it list my PC resolution way higher than what Ashita registers it at.

For me when I dual box I use:
Window Size: 800, 600
Startup Position: -1, -1
Background Size: -1, -1
Menu Size: -1, -1

When I'm just playing one character I crank it up a bit:
Window Size: 1024, 600
Startup Position: -1, -1
Background Size: 2048, 1200
Menu Size: 1024, 600

I am using a stock m7 graphics, so my display can't handle much more, and give consistent frame rates. The double background size makes the quality better, while keeping the same window size, and matching the Menu size, and window makes sure the menu fits.

Your values may differ from mine, but it should give you ideas on how to setup your resolutions. When I play on my desktop with dedicated graphics my resolutions is much higher. I fought with resolutions for awhile when I first installed.
