I am currently trying to install Nasomi on a new alienware I bought and after logging in it tells me I need to install directplay. I click install and it says installed successfully but the closes out the Nasomi app. I am running windows 11 home. Any suggestions?

Maybe it is blocked by a firewall, please turn it off.
