Hello, I am a San D'Orian currently on Mission 2-3. I completed Bastok and was told by the NPC to go to Windurst next. I am stuck at this part now.

The NPC, Mourices, G-10, in Sandy Embassy in Windurst Woods, does not respond to me at all to advance the story. I get nothing.

Please help me. I cannot acquire the Dark Key from Kupipi next until this NPC initiates the Windurst story arc.

Have you completed the Bastok section and talked to the correct NPC?

Because normally after completing the Bastok quest, you should return to Château d'Oraguille in St. Auria to ask Halver for advice before heading to Windurst.
If you have already done so, make sure you talk to the Mourices during the correct game time, as some NPCs only respond at certain times.
