According to the picture in-game, Akamochi is supposed to have RACC and RATTK however testing (both live and using /checkparam) shows it to not have either

Yes the ingame picture is misleading. When we check the wiki it also states to have no RACC and RATT whatsoever: http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Akamochi

Food Effects: (30 minutes, All Races)

HP +20
Vitality +3
Attack +16% (Cap: 50) Pet cap ~75
Accuracy +10% (Cap: 50) Pet cap ~75
Affects both Master and Pet
