When selecting this option the game hangs, I can move the camera but nothing more. Is this related to this topic?:

The option is to get recipes? How obtain the recipes?

That is currently not implemented.
You'll want to look at wikis for recipes currently.
If you accidently do click that option though you can use the @release (just typing it in say) to unfreeze yourself.
