I'd say "EVERYBODY" is a stretch. I'd also say the guy that coded most of sea saying it is also a stretch.

The Relic Summoner's Horn stat "Blood Pact ability delay -3" does not work. The "Weather: Avatar perpetuation cost -3" however does work on the item.

idk if this is the place for it but I can only assume. Stone on RDM claims that MP cost is only 4, but it is using more. Also Brass rings have no effect at all.

MP costs in the UI are client side. The actual costs are server side. The MP costs on the UI reflect the MP costs of modern day FFXI. The era-correct MP costs are higher.

They are distributing clients with modified DAT files if that's the case. Nas has not went in and changed the DATs. Besides, are you sure about that? It's only offensive elemental magic that has incorrect MP costs listed, as those are the only ones changed in modern FFXI compared to this era.

More like they lowered the cost of stone in the server to 4.

I searched for this already and didn't see it. The OWNM placement in Beaucedine Glacier is too close to the OP NPC. Got aggro'd standing next to the teleport NPC.
