I've had a problem being unable to connect to the lobby server almost all day today. Anytime I'm able to get in-game I will only be able to play for 5-30minutes before I receive and R0 and disconnect. I've tried to reset my PC/Router as well as just waiting 1-2 hours before trying again. Is anybody else having the same issue or does anyone know of any other things I can try to remedy the situation?

speedtest.net results are 25.0 mb/s down and 3.0 mb/s up so I don't think it's an issue with my ISP.

Same issues here. I've been able to successfully log in once for about 5 minutes.
