Hi,

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm getting an Error-3001 (stuck at Downloading Data...) screen when logging into the game. I was choco-ing to Jeuno and got d/ced at the Meriphataud Mountains zone and haven't been able to log back in since. Character's name is Lukas. I tried searching for a solution and some said to create a new character and log in, but that didn't fix it.

Any suggestions?

Typically just waiting 3-4min before trying again will do it. Every time you try to log in before it's timed out, you reset the timeout counter. You can also check to see if your name is here: http://nasomi.com/status/ If so, you're still online. Wait for your name to drop off, then you should be good. If it doesn't drop off after 10min or so, may want to reach out to nas on fb/twitter.
