Hi, I've been waiting for Bastok to be #2 in conquest for weeks now so I could afford to change allegiance. I went ahead and finished 4-1 for the Airship Pass as the wikipedias said that I could deny 5-1 in order to change allegiance... I carefully went ahead with turning in 4-1 for the pass and paid close attention to all the dialogue in every cutscene, but was never offered any option of any sort. I read online that I cannot change allegiances after 5-1. I was wondering if you could take my 12,000 gil and change it for me or reset my mission status while Bastok is still #2 please? I'd like to hurry and aim to get the outposts that are offered this week!
