Did nas keep the reputation increase per quest like retails? It feels like you gain fame much quicker than I remember.

Definitely not, no. It still takes 212 beads for utsusemi rep, at least when I did it about 2 months ago.

My understanding of the changes to rep on retail purely from an outside view is that rep from quests wasn't altered it's the thresholds for each level that was altered instead.

For example instead of taking say 100 "rep points" to reach Fame 2, it takes 10 instead. Any quest that requires fame 2 is based on the threshold instead of absolute fame value, so it required Less​ coding. This would also be why the game checkers are incorrect as there is a threshold misalignment.

Take this with a grain of salt, I could be 100% wrong here.
