Has anyone had any issues turning in coins for Walahra Turban? Just turned in coins, and he gave me a count of what I turned in but no turban in return. Thoughts/suggestions?

He actually requires 1000 and 1 coins. Trade him one more bronze coin and you should get your turban! ^^

Just think about it like this, you need to turn in 1 for the pre-turban turn in quest trigger. Then 1000 for the spiffy hat quest.

So total of 2 quests and 1001 coins as tokitaki mentioned.
