I can fish in some areas but not other like West Ronfure?

5 seconds after casting the toon freezes out and sysmessage of 'style lock mode enabed' is given and thats it. Can't do nothing but FORCE DC/R0. Anyone have a fix/solution yet?

I've tried the command /lockstyle off and /lockstyle on before fishing and still gives freeze. Changed jobs, unequipped rod and bait, zoned/logged... nothing. Seems like these zones that do that are un-fishable to everyone not just me.
