I have already opened a ticket but would like to know if anyone ever got this issue before.
I have been on Mission 5-1 for a long time. I did the BCNM fight long time ago. I got the Burnt Seal key item. At the time I won the fight I didnt get the cutscene with Halver to finish the mission, I didnt give it much thought because I was still level 50 and I wasn't in a hurry to do ZM and Dynamis.
Whenever I zone into Chateau I get a cutscene from Mission 7-2. Halver is unresponsive.
South Sandy Gate Guards tell me to hurry to Chateau cause something terrible is on the works.
Talking to North Sandy Gate Guard triggers a cutscene with Ailbeiche about returning his fishing rod (I have already returned the fishing rod)
I have traded enough stacks of crystal to fill the rank bar.
I have tried to trigger the BCNM fight again in case I missed something, but it was unresponsive too.
My game version is 30170329_0
BTW, I also had trouble with mission 2-3. I'm guessing there is something messed up with my character.

Hope I can find a solution, I was looking forward to finally starting Dynamis and Zilart Missions.

Currently have this same issue, but I dont have the key item from Halvar, he wont respond, getting that same message from the guard, and the same repeating cutscene every time I "queue" the mission back up. Anyone know if this issue has been rectified? Is there a way to "reset" the mission. My characters name is Curegurl.

I have this same problem as you with the same cut scene repeating, it doesn't happen all the time i enter but about half the time. But Halver is non responsive to me. Won't do anything for me.
