Figured I'd post this here, because I've seen a few people ask about it, and I ran into it myself. From the main home page, NasChat goes to the IRC chat channel, and support goes to the ticket portal. But from the forums, NasChat goes to the ticket portal, not the IRC chat. If you need to get to IRL, the URL is http://nasomi.com/chat/
