 Post subject: sending out mail.

hi guys, figures my first post here would be a problem but here we are... ahem...

im trying to send mail through the delivery box but every time i put in the recipients name and then hit ok, it just freezes for a few seconds and returns to the recipient box. is it just broken or is this game even more archaic then i remember
