hello team

just installed the game but every 5 steps it freezes drops to 7FPS then jumps back up to 30. im not very tech savy so i was hoping someone could help me out. i know its not my connection as other gameplay is smooth. im using the ashita launcher not the retail one as that one appears off screen which is a seperate issue all together. is it less laggy on the retail launcher could it be because of all the addons on the ashita one? anyway let me know

Probably by going into ffxi config and checking disable controller. The installer it's enabled by default, if you don't have one, it stumbles every few seconds.

Okaay i finally solved this issue and other issue i was facing when i dualbox my game crashes

and as you guys mentioned disabling the controller
