I have gotten the Mythril Sand from Palborough Mines and returned to Bastok. Mission NPC "Savae E Paleade" will not accept the trade. I did this at the same time as another player and it went thru for them with no issue.

Earlier in the questline, neither of us received the 3 Pickaxes from NPC "Grohm".


Ticket has been submitted to Support as well.

I'm still waiting for my ticket to be resolved gratz on yours.

Same problem here. How i can make a ticket ?
