After finishing fishing my arm doesn't lock back into place like it usually does and my character is stuck unable to move or access any menues as though they are still fishing. I tried /shutdown but was unable to use that command at this time so I force quat the game and re logged in. Tried fishing again with same result. Someone in my LS said they are having same problem.

Known bug introduced in the emergency maint today.

Edit: Nasomi said this will be fixed in an update tomorrow.
