Yeah I have a alt in the Necropolis and logged out there but I have not been able to get back on in days keeps giving me the same POL-001 code. Tried changing pc's how do I fix this? any ideas?

Have you been trying to log in while the servers were down for about 5 min during maint around the time of your post?
