My game won't load out of launcher after i enter my username and password, it just rolls back over to the beginning asking me 1 or 2? and when it does boot the game i get a FFXI-3100 or 3101 error

Yeah I was in game then crashed now I cant login, just makes me login over and over but doesnt boot game.

edit: guess itll randomly work, keep trying.
