Hello Nas community,

A few weeks ago myself and 4 other players completed the 8-1 Sandora mission "Coming of Age". We completed the mission altogether, received the KI after killing the NM in quicksand caves, returned to Halver. Halver provided the text as explained in the FFXI wiki, and the next step was to exit the Chateu into Northern Sandora, which would trigger a CS (with the queen and the parade).

The wiki mentioned that the Mission log would be updated to set the mission in the "completed" section, however until the CS with the parade was triggered, Mission 8-2 would not be available from the gate guard to begin.

1 out of the 5 members of our group received the CS upon exiting the Chateu into Northern Sandora. The other 4 of us are "stuck" and the CS will not trigger. All of our completed mission logs contain "coming of age", however we can not obtain the next mission.

We've tried everything from exiting/entering from all different zones, waiting hours in chateu before exiting into northern sandora, trading many crystals to gate guard, all with no luck in triggering the 8-2 mission. Our group consisted of:

Successful with CS and onto next mission:
-Davok

Unsuccessful with CS and stuck on 8-1 mission:
-Damonta
-Hattori
-Manofland
-Mono

Curious to know if anyone has heard of anything to try to "force the CS" to trigger, or if theres someway to just "reset" the 8-1 mission and we can try doing it over again from the beginning.
