Hello, Arch here and I've gone and done it. I took a break for a bit and discovered that I couldn't log into this account. I later found out I needed to have the forum account linked with the game account. But I did this too late. I thought there was a problem with my password, so I got it reset. As luck would have it the old email I used for this is no longer active. My in-game buddy said I should bring this issue up so the password and email can be changed, something like that.

The account isn't overly valuable. I played for a month or two before work took the drivers seat. It is alright if nothing can be done, but if something can be it'll be most appreciated.

You don't need your forum account linked to your game account yet, but soon.

Your game account is not the same as your forum account. You don't use your forum account to log into the game, nor can you reset your game account's password.

You can change the email associated with your forum account if you wanted to by going to your User Control Panel on the top right.
