When i enter my password each button i press uses 2 * i cant log in because it says my password is wrong but its just picking up the letters wrong.

What do we do if this doesn't work? It was logging me in automatically fine earlier but then it suddenly stopped and forces me to enter the password which then repeats the first issue.

edit: It randomly started working again. No idea.

Can we confirm it is down now? Even with the --user and --pass option neither myself or my wife can log in at all.

OK this happened to me and then i deleted it and tried to re install the game.....then i decided to check the forums and found this and tried it now its telling me hairpen fixed applied:ELITEXI failed to open DMSG file :55702.................im soo lost im totally frustrated im tired its late I just wanted to play XI....please help.....THANK YOU

This means a file is missing or corrupt. Did you try to install the HD texture pack? If so, you didn't do it right.

todays windows update was making my password field input double as well and adding my --user "name" --pass "password" to the ashita boot configuration command line worked, copied my resolution settings over top of the 720p profile and renamed it for my alt. very convenient, for once windows crappy updates were a blessing in disguise.

Boot configuration
Command: --server nasomi.com --hairpin --user "name" --pass "password"

No i just downloaded from the link on Nasomi webpage, Ok so what do I do ? how do i remove or find all NasomiXI files so i can FULLY remove them and REINSTALL....I Just want to play FFXI lol bad....I didnt download nothing else...that i know of...and im not sure as to where to find ALL the files, im on a windows TEN. Please help or guide me thru this process i would be soo grateful....also when i was playing I couldnt put in my resolution for some odd reason it wouldnt play in 1360x768 so at the top and bottom of my screen i can see the back ground image of my desktop....please help..i know some things about pc's but i really dont see where i went wrong....
