I had an outpost warp that I did not turn in before the most recent conquest tally. It wont let me get a new supply quest from my home city. I still have the key item, but can not seem to get a new outpost. I remember the guard telling you that your supply item was expired but this is not the case. Is this intended to work this way? Or will I have to run all the way to the one I have to have the guard tell me its expired?

The issue will resolve itself the next rl day. So about 42 minutes from now.
