Hi guys,

I am a new player to Nasomi (pretty old player for FF11). I installed game and met a problem after I creating my character.

The screen just stop at "Checking name and Gold World Pass" then quit.

Please help me and really want to play FF11 again!

I think it means that the PC name you chose was already taken. Try a different name.
