I have reset old account and changed passwords.
I have made a new account and done the same steps but still closes right after a successful log in.
could anyone please help me out?

It says log in succesful then tries to send my ID and it closes. Does this mean I have been banned or anything or just a bug?

That's because it can't find the game. Did you use the v19 or v20 installer? If so, run it again and it should work. If not, download it from the downloads section and use that.
