Was scared to post here due to the backlash I might receive but here it goes.

I signed up back in March and greatly misunderstood the sign up process. If I could go back in time and correct it I would . Right now I have 2 characters that are on 2 different forum accounts. I've sent Nasomi a PM and also a message on NasChat, received no response from Nasomi but "help" responded saying I could get banned.

I know for a fact I'm not the only one that signed up this way, a couple others are also having this issue. It's bugging me because I'm too scared to play while unintentionally breaking the rules. I have no intentions on creating more than 1 "main" character on both my accounts, I fully understand the 1 main, 1 alt, and 1 mule rule.

Is there anyway to get a response from Nasomi about this besides PMing on NasChat and has anyone that has the same issue received a solution from him? I can't have it open 24/7. Thank you for the help.

Find a way to have it open 24/7. Did you send nas -all- the info that he'd need? Yes, people have had this issue resolved by him.
